A new integration platform is taking shape

We’re pleased to share that we are building a new centralised cloud API platform to support the continued evolution of our Z software product suite, in collaboration with a leading cloud partner.

As our product suite and integration ecosystem continue to expand, this investment ensures we have the right foundation in place to support increasing complexity, higher volumes of data exchange, and evolving customer and partner needs.

This initiative is focused on delivering a more standardised, secure and scalable approach to managing integrations across the Z Software product suite. By leveraging modern cloud infrastructure, we’re strengthening the reliability, performance and future-readiness of our integration ecosystem as it continues to grow.

Most importantly, our priority is our customers. This platform is being designed to ensure continuity and stability – so Z customers can continue using the tools they rely on every day without disruption. Our goal is to enhance the integration experience behind the scenes, while maintaining the seamless experience you expect from Z.

We are also committed to ensuring customers retain control and choice when it comes to integration partners. A strong, open ecosystem remains central to our approach, giving customers the flexibility to select the solutions and partners that best meet their needs.

By strengthening the foundation of our integration framework, we’re enabling greater flexibility for innovation, improved security, and a more streamlined way for partners and customers to connect with our products.
