We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment due to the latest Windows update that is causing printer issues.
If your computer is freezing, crashing or receiving a blue screen when attempting to print from Z Dispense, it is most likely caused by a Windows 10 update.
Microsoft/Windows has addressed the issue here and have released an update on the 15/03/21 that should fix up the issue.
You should no longer need to remove the Windows 10 Updates and can unpause your Windows Update to get the latest version that contains the fix.
Note: This process of updating Windows 10 can take some time and it is recommended to do it after hours or when it's not too busy.
